Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Takis Dimatos started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After 2 minutes, Nikolas Meletiou mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Pangráti BC and the Vavourion players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Vavourion booed when Pangráti BC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nikolas Meletiou didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fragiskos Bourboulithras came out of the goal in the 4th minute to try and stop a shot by Pangráti BC's Nikolas Meletiou. But to his dismay, Nikolas Meletiou quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nikolas Meletiou in the 7th minute of play forced Vavourion's goalkeeper Fragiskos Bourboulithras to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 16 minutes into the game, Pangráti BC's Babbis Papadogiannis nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Fragiskos Bourboulithras made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. If Babbis Papadogiannis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Louis Kornaros in the 24th minute of play forced Vavourion's goalkeeper Fragiskos Bourboulithras to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marios Froussos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Vavourion's Fragiskos Bourboulithras played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Louis Kornaros in the 29th minute of play. The supporters of Pangráti BC booed when Vavourion was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Miltos Patoulas didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 31st minute, Louis Kornaros managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pangráti BC's supporters rose to their feet, but Louis Kornaros was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fragiskos Bourboulithras breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Vrasidas Papadaskalopoulos scored 0-3 in the 33rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Fragiskos Bourboulithras, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 43 minutes into the game, Pangráti BC's Vrasidas Papadaskalopoulos nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Fragiskos Bourboulithras made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4.

Apostolos Iliopoulos stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Marios Froussos's shot from short distance in the 52nd minute. Vavourion's Fragiskos Bourboulithras played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Louis Kornaros in the 53rd minute of play. Miltos Patoulas's late challenge caught a Pangráti BC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Miltos Patoulas helped the player get up and apologised. The referee felt a red card was in order, 58 minutes into the game, when Apostolikas Baskakis put in a rough tackle. Michalis Nestoroulis walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. 62 minutes into the match, Vavourion's goal looked a bit too open when Louis Kornaros came free, but Fragiskos Bourboulithras reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Vavourion's Fragiskos Bourboulithras got control of the ball when Vrasidas Papadaskalopoulos tried to sneak it across the goal line. 70 minutes into the match, Vavourion's goal looked a bit too open when Louis Kornaros came free, but Fragiskos Bourboulithras reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vavourion's Fragiskos Bourboulithras played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vrasidas Papadaskalopoulos in the 71st minute of play. In the 72nd minute, one of Vavourion:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Vavourion. Vavourion's Takis Dimatos got a good chance for a goal in the 77th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 78 played minutes Vavourion got a freekick which was hit by Argyris Ieronimidis. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Marios Froussos in the 85th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Apostolos Iliopoulos saved Pangráti BC from getting behind. If Marios Froussos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Takis Dimatos came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the Vavourion fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Takis Dimatos couldn't finish the play. The Vavourion fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Pangráti BC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
