DARKNESS's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Vavourion the free kick. After 2 played minutes DARKNESS got a freekick which was hit by Spyros Thanailakis. In the 4th match minute, Vavourion was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Takis Dimatos to maneuver through the defense. Fragiskos Bourboulithras made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tasos Roubos in the 5th minute. A hard shot 8 in the game by Tasos Roubos from a close distance when the talented Fragiskos Bourboulithras managed to make a qualified save. Vavourion's players were relieved. Spyros Thanailakis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Fragiskos Bourboulithras tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Marios Froussos struck a weak shot in the 23rd minute. Makis Leotsakos didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Vavourion. After some careless play in the DARKNESS defense, Marios Froussos kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Makis Leotsakos. The DARKNESS fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Makis Leotsakos should have stopped the shot. Tasos Roubos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Marios Froussos hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match.

The wind increased when Takis Dimatos made the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, DARKNESS's goal looked a bit too open when Takis Dimatos came free, but Makis Leotsakos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 56th minute, Apostolikas Baskakis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 58 minutes into the game, Argyris Ieronimidis was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Vavourion's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave DARKNESS the free kick. After a rather tough play, Vavourion's Argyris Ieronimidis got a free kick in the 58th minute. Spyros Thanailakis took the ball and in the 63 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Fragiskos Bourboulithras. Fragiskos Bourboulithras dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. DARKNESS made a substitution. Alexis Thomakis replaced Akis Koutsilas. Fragiskos Bourboulithras showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tasos Roubos, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. If Miltos Rikkas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. DARKNESS made a substitution. Akis Tevekelis replaced Thalis Tassoglou. 84 minutes into the match, Spyros Thanailakis notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Vavourion's Fragiskos Bourboulithras. Fragiskos Bourboulithras was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 87th minute, Tasos Roubos left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The DARKNESS fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-2. Alexis Thomakis scored 4-2 in the 91st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Fragiskos Bourboulithras, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When the referee ended the match the DARKNESS players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
