Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) In the 4th match minute, Kothonνkion FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sotos Psifidis to maneuver through the defense. When Kothonνkion FC's Sotos Psifidis in the 7th minute got a chance for a shot 7th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Sellνon BC's goalie prevented a goal. After 11 played minutes Sellνon BC got a freekick which was hit by Petros Naskos. Ilias Tragos hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. Nestoras Rokkas hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. Apostolos Smernos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Kostas Kanakis scored 0-1 in the 22nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Lambis Gerokostas, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of Kothonνkion FC booed when Sellνon BC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Stathis Leontokardos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Anestis Platis made a fantastic save in the 28th minute, when Spyros Tsitsinakis sent off a good shot on target. 30 minutes into the match, Kothonνkion FC's Sotos Psifidis sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Lambis Gerokostas narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 31 minutes into the match, Kothonνkion FC's goal looked a bit too open when Apostolos Smernos came free, but Anestis Platis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lambis Gerokostas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sotos Psifidis in the 35th minute of the match. In the 37th play minute Spyros Tsitsinakis came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Anestis Platis. 1-1. Kothonνkion FC's Kostas Kanakis got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Spyros Tsitsinakis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sotos Psifidis in the 54th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lambis Gerokostas saved Sellνon BC from getting behind. In the 69th match minute, Sellνon BC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Thanasis Loubakis to maneuver through the defense. Lambis Gerokostas didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Kostas Kanakis went, in the 71st minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. Anestis Platis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Apostolos Smernos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 78th minute Spyros Tsitsinakis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anestis Platis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 80 minutes, Kostas Kanakis managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kothonνkion FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kostas Kanakis was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 82 minutes into the match, Kostas Kanakis had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Lambis Gerokostas. Sellνon BC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Kostas Kanakis was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. If Kostas Kanakis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 90th minute, Apostolos Smernos managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sellνon BC's supporters rose to their feet, but Apostolos Smernos was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Anestis Platis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Apostolos Smernos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 96th minute, Spyros Tsitsinakis ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Anestis Platis was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-3. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Kothonνkion FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
