Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Apostolos Smernos took the kick off in the first half of the match. Lazaros Vardoulakis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Spyros Tsitsinakis who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 5thth minute tested the skills of Omiros Papaggelakis when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Lambis Gerokostas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lazaros Vardoulakis in the 12th minute of play. Omiros Papaggelakis stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Apostolos Smernos's shot from short distance in the 18th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Isidoros Tsoris in the 21st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lambis Gerokostas saved Sellνon BC from getting behind. After 25 played minutes PAOK ACADEMY got a freekick which was hit by Isidoros Tsoris. Omiros Papaggelakis was a little too slow when Spyros Tsitsinakis got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 26th minute. The score was now 1-0. Apostolos Smernos kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. After 33 played minutes Apostolos Smernos rounded PAOK ACADEMY's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-0. Lazaros Vardoulakis might have been able to make a better finish in the 44th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Lambis Gerokostas. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Lazaros Vardoulakis ran back to his position shaking his head. Lambis Gerokostas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Isidoros Tsoris in the 45th minute of the match. Spyros Tsitsinakis could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 48th minute of the match, but Omiros Papaggelakis made a huge save. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

In the 58th minute, Spyros Tsitsinakis made a precise shot to the right of Omiros Papaggelakis. PAOK ACADEMY's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. Omiros Papaggelakis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Spyros Tsitsinakis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Petros Naskos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Omiros Papaggelakis having to interfere. In the 83rd minute of the match Makis Boumis sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Omiros Papaggelakis skillfully saved the ball. Spyros Tsitsinakis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 85 minutes into the match, PAOK ACADEMY's goal looked a bit too open when Apostolos Smernos came free, but Omiros Papaggelakis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The attack was good, but when Spyros Tsitsinakis in the 88th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Omiros Papaggelakis stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Spyros Tsitsinakis's shot from short distance in the 94th minute. An unexpected shot in the 95th minute by Lazaros Vardoulakis got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side.
