The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Apostolos Smernos in the 3rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Paraskevas Kanellopoulos saved Sfνna FC from getting behind. Lambis Gerokostas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alex Paganelli in the 4th minute of the match. Argyris Rapanakis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Lambis Gerokostas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sellνon BC's Apostolos Smernos got a good chance for a goal in the 14th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If 唐响霆 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Argyris Rapanakis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lambis Gerokostas having to interfere. Paraskevas Kanellopoulos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Petros Naskos in the 24th minute of the match. Manos Peppes hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. Dimitris Vdelas lost his temper 30 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Stathis Leontokardos during the 32nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Argyris Rapanakis stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Lambis Gerokostas made a fantastic save in the 52nd minute, when Argyris Rapanakis sent off a good shot on target. Sfνna FC's Paraskevas Kanellopoulos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Spyros Tsitsinakis in the 85th minute of play. When Petros Naskos came up free with the goalie in the 97th minute, the Sellνon BC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Petros Naskos couldn't finish the play. Sellνon BC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
