In the 10th minute, Ntinos Xanthoulis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Fivos Drougas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Panos Mourikis in the 12th minute of the match. 14 minutes into the match, OldCastle's Zinon Terzis sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Nestoras Saravalakos narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 15 played minutes Likoyiαnnis FC got a freekick which was hit by Themis Vranas. In the 20th minute, Argyris Kalivatsis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience was convinced that Ntinos Xanthoulis's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Nestoras Saravalakos was relentless in the 25th minute of the game. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Chrisostomos Velas during the 25th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of OldCastle booed when Likoyiαnnis FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Themis Vranas didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 37 minutes, Zinon Terzis managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. OldCastle's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zinon Terzis was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience was convinced that Zinon Terzis's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Nestoras Saravalakos was relentless in the 41st minute of the game. Nestoras Saravalakos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zinon Terzis, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Panos Seremetidis made a kick off. When OldCastle's Zinon Terzis in the 52nd minute got a chance for a shot 52nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Likoyiαnnis FC's goalie prevented a goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ntinos Xanthoulis got free with Nestoras Saravalakos in the 53rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zinon Terzis in the 55th minute of play forced Likoyiαnnis FC's goalkeeper Nestoras Saravalakos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 57 minutes Likoyiαnnis FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Stelios Efthimiou who took care of the corner kick. The corner led OldCastle's Stelios Efthimiou to fire away a dangerous shot which Nestoras Saravalakos despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. OldCastle's Zinon Terzis got a good chance for a goal in the 58th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ntinos Xanthoulis's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 61stth minute, Nestoras Saravalakos skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Nestoras Saravalakos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zinon Terzis in the 66th minute of the match. Likoyiαnnis FC's Nestoras Saravalakos proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 71st minute of the match, managed to save Likoyiαnnis FC from getting a goal against them. Panos Seremetidis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fivos Drougas having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zinon Terzis in the 76th minute of play forced Likoyiαnnis FC's goalkeeper Nestoras Saravalakos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Likoyiαnnis FC's Nestoras Saravalakos got control of the ball when Zinon Terzis tried to sneak it across the goal line. 83 minutes into the game, Panos Mourikis was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Likoyiαnnis FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave OldCastle the free kick. After 83 played minutes Likoyiαnnis FC got a freekick which was hit by Panos Mourikis. 84 minutes into the match, OldCastle's Zinon Terzis sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Nestoras Saravalakos narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 85th minute, Kostas Topoudis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 86 played minutes Likoyiαnnis FC got a freekick which was hit by Themis Vranas. Fivos Drougas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Panos Seremetidis in the 92nd minute of play. Panos Seremetidis struck a weak shot in the 93rd minute. Fivos Drougas didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Likoyiαnnis FC. Fivos Drougas came out of the goal in the 95th minute to try and stop a shot by Likoyiαnnis FC's Panos Seremetidis. But to his dismay, Panos Seremetidis quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Likoyiαnnis FC succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though OldCastle had controlled the match.
