No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

Kyriakos Thanoglou made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vassilis Sfaliaridis in the 94th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vaios Ksagorarakis in the 96th minute of play forced Koupaki BC's goalkeeper Kyriakos Thanoglou to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 99 minutes Koupaki BC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Thomas Stathoulias who took care of the corner kick. Thiella Kamariou FC's Simos Anastasiou was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Kyriakos Thanoglou in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Thiella Kamariou FC had played much better football throughout.
