After 14 minutes of play, Monosktoi FC's Fokas Fakkas made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Manos Veritsis was left in no man's land by his defense there! Christos Kaiafas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Manos Veritsis came out of the goal in the 25th minute to try and stop a shot by Monosktoi FC's Thymios Parlapidis. But to his dismay, Thymios Parlapidis quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Thymios Parlapidis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Kiσnia getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Charilaos Tseberlidis hit a great ball. In the 37th minute, Thymios Parlapidis ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Manos Veritsis was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. Disappointed in the 0-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Thymios Parlapidis to strike the kick off in the second half. Thymios Parlapidis who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 51stth minute tested the skills of Manos Veritsis when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Fokas Fakkas's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Manos Veritsis read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 52nd minute of play. When Thymios Parlapidis came up free with the goalie in the 55th minute, the Monosktoi FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Thymios Parlapidis couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Kiσnia's Nasos Chrisopoulos got a free kick in the 58th minute. Lambis Vitalis charged in rather forcefully in the 60th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Lambis Vitalis the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Kiσnia booed when Monosktoi FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lambis Vitalis didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thymios Parlapidis in the 65thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Manos Veritsis, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. An unexpected shot in the 67th minute by Thymios Parlapidis got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. When Thymios Parlapidis came up free with the goalie in the 75th minute, the Monosktoi FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Thymios Parlapidis couldn't finish the play. 77 minutes into the match, Monosktoi FC's Thymios Parlapidis sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Manos Veritsis narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Fokas Fakkas's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Manos Veritsis was relentless in the 78th minute of the game. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Thymios Parlapidis in the 80th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Manos Veritsis prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, Monosktoi FC's Fokas Fakkas got a free kick in the 85th minute. 89 minutes into the match, Eugenios Liadelis dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Manos Veritsis, 0-6. Thymios Parlapidis's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 93rdth minute, Manos Veritsis skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Nasos Chrisopoulos's late challenge caught a Monosktoi FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nasos Chrisopoulos helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Kiσnia's Nasos Chrisopoulos got a free kick in the 94th minute. After having played for 97 minutes, Thymios Parlapidis managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Monosktoi FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Thymios Parlapidis was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the match was over Monosktoi FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Kiσnia throughout the match.
