Mieszko Pacholewski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Antal Valentin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Warta Czestochowa defense, Antal Valentin kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mieszko Pacholewski. The Warta Czestochowa fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mieszko Pacholewski should have stopped the shot. Fodor Daniel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ludomir Gall, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 22 minutes had been played when some careless play by Hungary's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Ksawery Bienienda was slow to take the kick. During this time Warta Czestochowa's players had a chance to rest. It was a well-played corner which Maksymilian Moryl managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Hungary's Balazs Lajos got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 25 minutes into the match, Warta Czestochowa's Antônio Carlos Nogueira sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Fodor Daniel narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Mieszko Pacholewski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Major Barna, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. Major Barna sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Antal Valentin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 32 minutes into the game, Hungary's Major Barna nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mieszko Pacholewski made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Mieszko Pacholewski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Major Barna in the 35th minute of play. In the 36th match minute, Warta Czestochowa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Maksymilian Moryl to maneuver through the defense. Fodor Daniel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ludomir Gall in the 38th minute of the match. Warta Czestochowa's Mieszko Pacholewski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Major Barna in the 47th minute of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

Warta Czestochowa's Miromir Miodek was substituted for Ludomir Gall. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Antal Valentin to strike the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Major Barna got free with Mieszko Pacholewski in the 52nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Balazs Lajos could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 62nd minute of the match, but Mieszko Pacholewski made a huge save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Wlodzimierz Smolarek during the 86th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Wlodzimierz Smolarek hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. Hegedus Henrik sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 89th minute the ball was on its way in behind Warta Czestochowa's goalkeeper Mieszko Pacholewski, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Miromir Miodek received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Fodor Daniel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Major Barna blasted a shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Mieszko Pacholewski having to make a save. When the final whistle sounded Hungary left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Warta Czestochowa.
