Kostas Chatzinikolaou didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Kleanthis Anastasiou went, in the 24th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Christos Giannakopoulos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Theodosis Siafakas in the 36th minute of the match. Iosif Kontogiannis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Christos Giannakopoulos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 38th match minute, Vlithiαs BC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Iason Panagakos to maneuver through the defense. After 45 minutes Xνdhia BC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Giorgos Papaggelopoulos who took care of the corner kick. The corner first didn't look so dangerous but when Tasos Savoidakis got the ball he succeeded in some way to get through the defenders to deliver a very hard score. Result 2-0. 45 minutes into the match. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tasos Savoidakis made a kick off. When the match had gone on for 56 minutes, Iosif Kontogiannis put it in 2-1 from a short distance just to the right of Christos Giannakopoulos. Tasos Mesiakaris fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kostas Chatzinikolaou having to interfere. Kleanthis Anastasiou fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kostas Chatzinikolaou having to interfere. Kostas Chatzinikolaou stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tasos Savoidakis's shot from short distance in the 73rd minute. Xνdhia BC's Theodosis Siafakas got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 89 minutes into the match, Theodosis Siafakas notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Vlithiαs BC's Christos Giannakopoulos. Christos Giannakopoulos was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Kostas Chatzinikolaou made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iason Panagakos in the 96th minute of play. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
