An unexpectedly hard shot by Stathis Kazatzidis in the 18th minute of play forced Skouloudhianα FC's goalkeeper Charis Kokotoulis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Charis Kokotoulis was a little too slow when Stathis Kazatzidis got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 22nd minute. The score was now 2-0. When the match had gone on for 25 minutes, Fivos Kostaras took a quick shot and it went in 3-0 without a chance for Charis Kokotoulis to make any attempt to save it. In the 31st minute, Omiros Karaindros hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dionysis Politis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Chatziioannou Kabouras, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Stathis Kazatzidis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Charis Kokotoulis having to interfere. Charis Kokotoulis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stathis Kazatzidis in the 47th minute of the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

aspromauros aetos's Dionysis Politis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lambis Kaloritis in the 52nd minute of play. If Stathis Kazatzidis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Charis Kokotoulis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fivos Kostaras in the 65th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Skouloudhianα FC's zone, Leonidas Efthimiadis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Charis Kokotoulis came out of the goal and Leonidas Efthimiadis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 80 minutes into the match, Skouloudhianα FC's goal looked a bit too open when Stathis Kazatzidis came free, but Charis Kokotoulis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Skouloudhianα FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Charis Kokotoulis should have stopped the shot. After 92 played minutes Skouloudhianα FC got a freekick which was hit by Efthimis Theofilidis. aspromauros aetos walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
