Iosif Tassoglou received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Thanasis Oxyzoglou tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lazaros Kyriakos received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Vaggelis Eleftheriadis came out and tried to block the shot, but Lazaros Kyriakos slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 9th minute. Zacharias Porros succeeded in the game's 20th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-1. When Iosif Tassoglou came up free with the goalie in the 25th minute, the DOXA DRAMAS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Iosif Tassoglou couldn't finish the play. Zacharias Porros recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Legend's Vlassis Perdiou got a free kick in the 34th minute. When the match had gone on for 37 minutes, Thodoris Paspalakis put it in 2-1 from a short distance just to the right of Vaggelis Eleftheriadis. After a defensive mix-up in Legend's zone, Iosif Tassoglou stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Thanasis Oxyzoglou came out of the goal and Iosif Tassoglou tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Alkis Vassaras fell near the penalty area in the 45th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored DOXA DRAMAS's protests and gave Alkis Vassaras a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Legend booed when DOXA DRAMAS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alkis Vassaras didn't get a good kick on the ball. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Lazaros Kyriakos to make the kick off. 51 minutes into the match, DOXA DRAMAS's goal looked a bit too open when Thodoris Paspalakis came free, but Vaggelis Eleftheriadis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 52 minutes into the match, DOXA DRAMAS's goal looked a bit too open when Lazaros Kyriakos came free, but Vaggelis Eleftheriadis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. DOXA DRAMAS's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Legend the free kick. A collision led to DOXA DRAMAS getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Zinon Kominatos hit a great ball. When the match clock showed 67 minutes, the score became 3-1 when Lazaros Kyriakos sped through DOXA DRAMAS's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Vaggelis Eleftheriadis. Vaggelis Eleftheriadis came out of the goal in the 85th minute to try and stop a shot by Legend's Lazaros Kyriakos. But to his dismay, Lazaros Kyriakos quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. Legend's Thanasis Oxyzoglou proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 90th minute of the match, managed to save Legend from getting a goal against them. In the 96th match minute, Legend was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alexandros Mitrovassilis to maneuver through the defense. Zacharias Toris, 97 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. For all the effort they put into the match, the DOXA DRAMAS players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Legend.
