In the 15th minute Pantelis Tripolitis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Theofanis Klonaridis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of ΞΥΛΟΚΑΣΤΡΟ Α.Ο booed when Gasmades FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ignatios Plexidas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Theofanis Klonaridis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pantelis Tripolitis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Theofanis Klonaridis made a fantastic save in the 21st minute, when Konstantinos Agathakos sent off a good shot on target. Pantelis Tripolitis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Theofanis Klonaridis having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Pantelis Tripolitis kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Theofanis Klonaridis. That made the score 1-0 in the 29 minute of play. Louis Tamvakis succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-0 in the 39th playminute. After some fancy dribbling in the 43rd minute, Chrisostomos Morikis managed to get in a good position for a shot. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Pantelis Tripolitis made a kick off. In the 85th minute the ball was on its way in behind Gasmades FC's goalkeeper Theofanis Klonaridis, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar.
