Spectators: 6770 (Terracing: 5770, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Stefanos Katsabas made the kick off which started today's match. When Stefanos Katsabas came up free with the goalie in the 5th minute, the Pieria fc fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Stefanos Katsabas couldn't finish the play. In the 6th match minute, Liσpraso was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Prodromos Moulos to maneuver through the defense. An unexpected shot in the 7th minute by Stefanos Katsabas got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Iosif Seretis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Stefanos Katsabas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Liσpraso getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Pavlos Vaggelis hit a great ball. 12 minutes into the match, Liσpraso's goalkeeper Iosif Seretis had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sakis Lazanas. Christos Kechagiadakis charged in rather forcefully in the 19th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Christos Kechagiadakis the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 19 played minutes Liσpraso got a freekick which was hit by Christos Kechagiadakis. Christodoulos Villas missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 20 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Iosif Seretis right hand side. Petros Aspiridis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Evaggelos Belesis having to interfere. An unexpected shot in the 27th minute by Stefanos Katsabas got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Stelios Plexidas charged in rather forcefully in the 31st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Stelios Plexidas the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Liσpraso getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Stelios Plexidas hit a great ball. After 36 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Pieria fc! Petros Aspiridis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Evaggelos Belesis having to interfere. In the 46th minute, Aris Zounis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Manos Thomopoulos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 48th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.

Iosif Seretis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aris Zounis in the 58th minute of the match. Vaggelis Psifidis charged in rather forcefully in the 59th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Vaggelis Psifidis the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Iosif Seretis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aris Zounis in the 67th minute of play. 69 minutes into the game, one of Liσpraso:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee gave Pieria fc a penalty, 71 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Babbis Seretis, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Liσpraso's Iosif Seretis. 1-1. A collision led to Liσpraso getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Stelios Plexidas hit a great ball. Aris Zounis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Iosif Seretis having to interfere. Aris Zounis struck a weak shot in the 81st minute. Iosif Seretis didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pieria fc. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Errikos Eleftheropoulos during the 82nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Pieria fc booed when Liσpraso was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Errikos Eleftheropoulos didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Liσpraso's zone, Aris Zounis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Iosif Seretis came out of the goal and Aris Zounis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 85th minute, Vaggelis Psifidis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Aris Zounis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Thymios Konstantakis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Evaggelos Belesis acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 94th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Pavlos Vaggelis. Evaggelos Belesis was out of position in the 95 minute of play, and Petros Aspiridis capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Petros Aspiridis really showed his touch with that goal: 1-2. Chants of Liσpraso echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as Pieria fc had held the ball for most of the match.
