Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpected shot in the 14th minute by Aris Zounis got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 22nd minute, Aris Zounis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Stefanos Katsabas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Stefanos Katsabas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Stamatis Koulakiotis having to interfere. Stamatis Koulakiotis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stefanos Katsabas, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. If Vaggelis Psifidis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 33 minutes, Vladimiros Tsouganatos mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Klarαdhika BC and the Pieria fc players grew even worse after the yellow card. Vladimiros Tsouganatos hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. Kleon Vlastarakis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. With a little luck, Klarαdhika BC's Stamatis Koulakiotis got control of the ball when Aris Zounis tried to sneak it across the goal line.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Stefanos Katsabas made a kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 61st minute, Vladimiros Tsouganatos managed to get in a good position for a shot. Klarαdhika BC's supporters rose to their feet, but Vladimiros Tsouganatos was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Evaggelos Belesis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Vladimiros Tsouganatos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. Klarαdhika BC's Stamatis Koulakiotis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stefanos Katsabas in the 96th minute of play. Many of Klarαdhika BC's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Klarαdhika BC may have spent more time on the ball, but Pieria fc were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
