The tension between the jimacos and the ORiGiNaLs players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, jimacos's Themistoklis Spilias got a free kick in the 12th minute. Giannis Laboglou charged in rather forcefully in the 13th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Giannis Laboglou the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of jimacos booed when ORiGiNaLs was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Giannis Laboglou didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 18 minutes, Loukas Katrakis managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ORiGiNaLs's supporters crossed their fingers, but Loukas Katrakis was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Notis Katsafanas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Loukas Katrakis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Ilias Papoutsas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Notis Katsafanas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ilias Papoutsas in the 32nd minute of play. In the 35th minute, Paschalis Verginas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 37th minute, Giannis Nentidis left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The jimacos fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. If Loukas Katrakis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Thanasis Chronatos managed to get in a good position for a shot. jimacos's supporters rose to their feet, but Thanasis Chronatos was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Prokopis Karagiannidis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

Alexis Kotoulas struck a weak shot in the 64th minute. Notis Katsafanas didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ORiGiNaLs. Iakovos Karopoulos hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. Themistoklis Spilias struck a weak shot in the 73rd minute. The ORiGiNaLs players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented jimacos from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
