Giannis Nentidis started the match with the kick off. Notis Katsafanas came out of the goal in the 3rd minute to try and stop a shot by Monσdendron's Giannis Voliotis. But to his dismay, Giannis Voliotis quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. 6 minutes into the game, Giannis Voliotis cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Notis Katsafanas was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Notis Katsafanas was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Giannis Voliotis showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-0 in the 9 minute of play. After some careless play in the jimacos defense, Giannis Voliotis kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Notis Katsafanas. The jimacos fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Notis Katsafanas should have stopped the shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sakis Tsoris in the 16th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Notis Katsafanas prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 19th minute, Giannis Voliotis made a precise shot to the right of Notis Katsafanas. jimacos's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0. Facundo Ciolfi struck a weak shot in the 25th minute. Notis Katsafanas didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Monσdendron. Giannis Voliotis in the 27thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Notis Katsafanas, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After a rather tough play, jimacos's Thanasis Chronatos got a free kick in the 32nd minute. Pantelis Nastos was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 33rd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sakis Tsoris in the 35th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Notis Katsafanas prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 37th minute, Giannis Voliotis fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Notis Katsafanas, passed just outside the right post. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Iakovos Karopoulos during the 40th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. When the match had been going on for 42 minutes, Monσdendron's Pantelis Nastos got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Notis Katsafanas. In the 45th minute, Giannis Voliotis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 6-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Sakis Tsoris was the one to do the kick off. 59 minutes into the match, Giannis Voliotis had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Notis Katsafanas. jimacos's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Giannis Voliotis was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-0. Giannis Voliotis blasted a shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Notis Katsafanas having to make a save. The referee felt a red card was in order, 73 minutes into the game, when Manolis Kalofolias put in a rough tackle. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 73rd minute of the game. One of jimacos:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Monσdendron:s goal. Monσdendron's Giannis Voliotis got a good chance for a goal in the 79th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Notis Katsafanas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Giannis Voliotis in the 81st minute of play. Notis Katsafanas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sakis Tsoris, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Giannis Voliotis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Notis Katsafanas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 84th match minute, jimacos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Giannis Nentidis to maneuver through the defense. Sakis Tsoris sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sakis Tsoris in the 91st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Notis Katsafanas saved jimacos from getting behind. Notis Katsafanas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sakis Tsoris in the 95th minute of play. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Monσdendron fully deserved thier win.
