The long shot by Kostas Niarchos in the 10th minute really tested Kosmas Kois's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Prokopis Karagiannidis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paris Steliou, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Paris Steliou had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ilias Papoutsas charged in rather forcefully in the 22nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ilias Papoutsas the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, ORiGiNaLs's Ilias Papoutsas got a free kick in the 22nd minute. Prokopis Karagiannidis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paris Steliou in the 25th minute of play. Kosmas Kois made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aggelos Kasidokostas in the 26th minute of play. The supporters of ORiGiNaLs booed when MY CLUB FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pavlos Kadoglou didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, ORiGiNaLs's Lakis Boulikakis got a free kick in the 46th minute. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Aggelos Kasidokostas stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 57th match minute, MY CLUB FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zinon Papadamakis to maneuver through the defense. 59 minutes into the match, MY CLUB FC's goal looked a bit too open when Aggelos Kasidokostas came free, but Kosmas Kois reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ilias Papoutsas hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. In the 67th minute, Pavlos Siderakis sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and ORiGiNaLs's Prokopis Karagiannidis didn't even have to move. In the 81st play minute Pavlos Kadoglou came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Prokopis Karagiannidis. 0-1. After a defensive mix-up in ORiGiNaLs's zone, Paris Steliou stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Prokopis Karagiannidis came out of the goal and Paris Steliou tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Pavlos Kadoglou had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Zinon Papadamakis's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Prokopis Karagiannidis read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 92nd minute of play. Prokopis Karagiannidis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paris Steliou, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. MY CLUB FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
