Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Hermoúpolis BC's Alkaios Kagouras started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Dimos Tsichlas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alkaios Kagouras in the 5th minute of the match. Vamos Alania's Dimos Tsichlas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alkaios Kagouras in the 8th minute of play. After 10 played minutes Hermoúpolis BC got a freekick which was hit by Notis Koutroutsos. Miltos Mitrakoglou received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Zinon Krios tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Giannis Kabantais sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Vamos Alania booed when Hermoúpolis BC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Giorgos Chatzios didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Miltos Mitrakoglou managed to get in a good position for a shot. Vamos Alania's supporters rose to their feet, but Miltos Mitrakoglou was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Zinon Krios breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Miltos Mitrakoglou received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Zinon Krios tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dimos Tsichlas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alkaios Kagouras in the 24th minute of the match. In the 36th minute Alkaios Kagouras shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dimos Tsichlas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 36 minutes of play, Hermoúpolis BC's Alkaios Kagouras made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dimos Tsichlas was left in no man's land by his defense there! The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

Hermoúpolis BC's Alkaios Kagouras got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Dimos Tsichlas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alkaios Kagouras, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Hermoúpolis BC's zone, Miltos Mitrakoglou stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zinon Krios came out of the goal and Miltos Mitrakoglou tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience was convinced that Fragiskos Sfiggopoulos's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dimos Tsichlas was relentless in the 64th minute of the game. Alkaios Kagouras hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. 69 minutes into the match, Vamos Alania's goal looked a bit too open when Fragiskos Sfiggopoulos came free, but Dimos Tsichlas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dimos Tsichlas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fragiskos Sfiggopoulos, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. Fragiskos Sfiggopoulos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fragiskos Sfiggopoulos blasted a shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Dimos Tsichlas having to make a save. Dimos Tsichlas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alkaios Kagouras in the 77th minute of the match. Dimos Tsichlas came out of the goal in the 77th minute to try and stop a shot by Hermoúpolis BC's Alkaios Kagouras. But to his dismay, Alkaios Kagouras quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Kyriakos Skapaneas kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. Fragiskos Sfiggopoulos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Alkaios Kagouras fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dimos Tsichlas having to interfere. In the 89th minute the ball was on its way in behind Vamos Alania's goalkeeper Dimos Tsichlas, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Fragiskos Sfiggopoulos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Dimos Tsichlas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dimos Tsichlas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fragiskos Sfiggopoulos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hermoúpolis BC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Vamos Alania for a fine match.
