Aimilios Makaronas might have been able to make a better finish in the 70th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Kostas Kaplanis. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Aimilios Makaronas ran back to his position shaking his head. Theofanis Kazantzakis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Demis Dermitzakis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Stefanos Plitsis kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. Aetochorion BC's Demis Dermitzakis proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 77th minute of the match, managed to save Aetochorion BC from getting a goal against them. In the 79th minute the ball was on its way in behind Marousi's goalkeeper Kostas Kaplanis, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Nikos Pantazopoulos in the 81st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Demis Dermitzakis prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Nikos Pantazopoulos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Theofanis Kazantzakis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute.
