Spectators: 7695 (Terracing: 5772, Seating: 1770, VIP seats: 153) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Giannis Kabantais took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 9th minute Giannis Kabantais shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Panos Satratzemis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Panos Satratzemis didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Miltos Mitrakoglou went, in the 10th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Miltos Mitrakoglou could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 14th minute of the match, but Panos Satratzemis made a huge save. When Kyriakos Lazaridis fell near the penalty area in the 15th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Panaitwlikos FC's protests and gave Kyriakos Lazaridis a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Vamos Alania booed when Panaitwlikos FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kyriakos Lazaridis didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 20 played minutes Vamos Alania got a freekick which was hit by Vaggelis Bakiris. Miltos Mitrakoglous short, quick shot in the 22ndth minute got Panos Satratzemis to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 23rd minute, Panos Petras ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dimos Tsichlas was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Panaitwlikos FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 29th minute, when Giannis Kabantais scored to the left of an out of position Panos Satratzemis, making the score, 2-1. Miltos Mitrakoglou's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Panos Satratzemis read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 34th minute of play. Panos Petras received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Dimos Tsichlas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Panos Petras made a kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Stathis Mourikis during the 56th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 56 played minutes Panaitwlikos FC got a freekick which was hit by Stathis Mourikis. Panos Satratzemis came out of the goal in the 61st minute to try and stop a shot by Vamos Alania's Giannis Kabantais. But to his dismay, Giannis Kabantais quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. Miltos Mitrakoglou received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Panos Satratzemis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Panaitwlikos FC's Panos Satratzemis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Giannis Kabantais in the 67th minute of play. Miltos Mitrakoglou recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 69th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Panaitwlikos FC's zone, Miltos Mitrakoglou stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Panos Satratzemis came out of the goal and Miltos Mitrakoglou tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Panos Satratzemis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Giannis Kabantais, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. Fondas Mavrakis kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 77th minute, Panos Petras managed to get in a good position for a shot. Panaitwlikos FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Panos Petras was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dimos Tsichlas breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After having played for 80 minutes, Giannis Kabantais managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Vamos Alania's supporters crossed their fingers, but Giannis Kabantais was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a little luck, Vamos Alania's Dimos Tsichlas got control of the ball when Panos Petras tried to sneak it across the goal line. Miltos Mitrakoglou sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Vamos Alania's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
