Spectators: 7680 (Terracing: 5763, Seating: 1767, VIP seats: 150) Stelios Valassoglou made the kick off and thus started the match. Demis Dermitzakis came out of the goal in the 5th minute to try and stop a shot by AZZURRO's Valentinos Trapezanidis. But to his dismay, Valentinos Trapezanidis quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. If Paris Gaitanis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Demis Dermitzakis didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Konstantinos Koumaditis went, in the 13th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. After 16 played minutes, AZZURRO's Lambis Loukas shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Demis Dermitzakis came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in AZZURRO reached it. In the 17th minute, Valentinos Trapezanidis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 19th match minute, Aetochorion BC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Babbis Valkanas to maneuver through the defense. Demis Dermitzakis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Konstantinos Koumaditis in the 21st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stelios Valassoglou in the 25th minute of play forced AZZURRO's goalkeeper Prodromos Kokkalidis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 30 minutes into the match, Aetochorion BC's goal looked a bit too open when Konstantinos Koumaditis came free, but Demis Dermitzakis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Paris Gaitanis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 34th minute, Konstantinos Koumaditis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 40th minute, Aimilios Makaronas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Aetochorion BC's supporters rose to their feet, but Aimilios Makaronas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Prodromos Kokkalidis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Prodromos Kokkalidis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stelios Valassoglou, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. If Konstantinos Koumaditis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Aimilios Makaronas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After the first half AZZURRO were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

In the 58th minute, Aimilios Makaronas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. AZZURRO's Konstantinos Koumaditis got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of AZZURRO booed when Aetochorion BC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Panagiotis Kiotseridis didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 63rd minute, Paris Gaitanis left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The AZZURRO fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. 77 minutes into the match, AZZURRO's Paris Gaitanis sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Demis Dermitzakis narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Aetochorion BC's Stelios Valassoglou got a good chance for a goal in the 78th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to AZZURRO getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Valentinos Trapezanidis hit a great ball. In the 82nd minute Konstantinos Koumaditis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Demis Dermitzakis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Konstantinos Koumaditis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Stelios Valassoglou blasted a shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Prodromos Kokkalidis having to make a save. Aimilios Makaronas took the ball and in the 95 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Prodromos Kokkalidis. Prodromos Kokkalidis dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3.
