Spectators: 7755 (Terracing: 5818, Seating: 1783, VIP seats: 154) Babbis Sabanis started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 5 minutes into the game, Babbis Sabanis recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Stefanos Tsirigoulis. Babbis Sabanis showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Stefanos Tsirigoulis made a fantastic save in the 8th minute, when Stavros Stavrou sent off a good shot on target. Lazarina FC's Stefanos Tsirigoulis proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 12th minute of the match, managed to save Lazarina FC from getting a goal against them. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Takis Mendrinos in the 16th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ermis Bebis saved Mits F.C.I from getting behind. Stavros Stavrou who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 17thth minute tested the skills of Stefanos Tsirigoulis when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Mits F.C.I's Pantelis Kalianiotis got a free kick in the 19th minute. 23 minutes into the match, Mits F.C.I's goal looked a bit too open when Anastasios Tassatos came free, but Ermis Bebis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Anastasios Tassatos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Ermis Bebis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 26 minutes into the game, Takis Mendrinos cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Stefanos Tsirigoulis didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mits F.C.I. After 33 minutes of play, Lazarina FC's Anastasios Tassatos made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ermis Bebis was left in no man's land by his defense there! Takis Mendrinos took the ball and in the 38 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ermis Bebis. Ermis Bebis dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Takis Mendrinos in the 43rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ermis Bebis saved Mits F.C.I from getting behind. Takis Mendrinos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ermis Bebis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anastasios Tassatos in the 46th minute of play. Ermis Bebis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Takis Mendrinos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Takis Mendrinos made a kick off. Ermis Bebis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Takis Mendrinos in the 52nd minute of the match. Stavros Stavrou blasted a shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Stefanos Tsirigoulis having to make a save. In the 55th minute, Takis Mendrinos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ermis Bebis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Takis Mendrinos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Anastasios Tassatos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ermis Bebis having to interfere. In the 61st minute, Anastasios Tassatos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 66th minute, Takis Mendrinos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
