Stefanos Tsirigoulis made an important save on a dangerous shot by Iraklis Chroniadis in the 7th minute. Vlassis Tzanetos came out of the goal in the 10th minute to try and stop a shot by Lazarina FC's Anastasios Tassatos. But to his dismay, Anastasios Tassatos quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 15thth minute of the game Takis Mendrinos who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but partaliakos's Vlassis Tzanetos was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 17 minutes into the match, partaliakos's goal looked a bit too open when Anastasios Tassatos came free, but Vlassis Tzanetos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Stefanos Tsirigoulis was out of position in the 18 minute of play, and Kosmas Kotsabasis capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Kosmas Kotsabasis really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. A collision led to partaliakos getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Vassilis Periadis hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anastasios Tassatos in the 25th minute of play forced partaliakos's goalkeeper Vlassis Tzanetos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Takis Mendrinos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Takis Mendrinos might have been able to make a better finish in the 37th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Vlassis Tzanetos. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Takis Mendrinos ran back to his position shaking his head. Stefanos Tsirigoulis made a fantastic save in the 38th minute, when Iraklis Chroniadis sent off a good shot on target. If Takis Mendrinos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 47 minutes into the game, partaliakos's Kosmas Kotsabasis nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Stefanos Tsirigoulis made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Kosmas Kotsabasis made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kosmas Kotsabasis in the 53rd minute of play forced Lazarina FC's goalkeeper Stefanos Tsirigoulis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 54 minutes, Theofanis Frantzeskos mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Lazarina FC and the partaliakos players grew even worse after the yellow card. Vlassis Tzanetos made a fantastic save in the 58th minute, when Anastasios Tassatos sent off a good shot on target. If Anastasios Tassatos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 70th minute, Dionysis Koralis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Anastasios Tassatos got free with Vlassis Tzanetos in the 71st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 73rd minute, Anastasios Tassatos ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Vlassis Tzanetos was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-3. Stefanos Tsirigoulis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Iraklis Chroniadis, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. In the 79th minute, Anastasios Tassatos ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Vlassis Tzanetos was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-4. 83 minutes into the match, partaliakos's goal looked a bit too open when Takis Mendrinos came free, but Vlassis Tzanetos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Anastasios Tassatos could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 84th minute of the match, but Vlassis Tzanetos made a huge save. After having played for 91 minutes, Anastasios Tassatos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lazarina FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Anastasios Tassatos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. partaliakos's Vlassis Tzanetos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Takis Mendrinos in the 93rd minute of play. 96 minutes into the match, partaliakos's goalkeeper Vlassis Tzanetos had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Anastasios Tassatos. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Vassilis Periadis during the 97th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. When the match was over Lazarina FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than partaliakos throughout the match.
