Stratos Vandis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Babbis Loukidis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 33rd minute of the match, Sokratis Mavros tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Valerios Kavouridis saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. If Ignatios Sabanis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The audience was convinced that Stratos Vandis's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Babbis Loukidis was relentless in the 37th minute of the game. ΠΡΟΟΔΕΥΤΙΚΗ's Valerios Kavouridis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sokratis Mavros in the 96th minute of play. The ΠΡΟΟΔΕΥΤΙΚΗ players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
