The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Nasos Bezos during the 5th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 4 minutes into the game, one of Aravissσs BC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee gave Sevastianα a penalty, 6 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Giannis Karntasis, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Aravissσs BC's Kostas Kosmoulis. 0-1. In the 11th minute, Iakovos Tsoumadas left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Aravissσs BC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Giannis Sagionaridis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 19th minute Konstantinos Kesaris shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kostas Kosmoulis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kostas Kosmoulis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Giannis Sagionaridis in the 23rd minute of play. 24 minutes into the game, Giannis Sagionaridis cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Kostas Kosmoulis was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 27th minute, Miltos Partalidis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 41st match minute, Aravissσs BC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kostas Lavdas to maneuver through the defense. In the 42nd match minute, Aravissσs BC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aimilios Tsigaridas to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Aravissσs BC's Kostas Lavdas got a free kick in the 46th minute. In the 47th minute of the match Giannis Karntasis sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Kostas Kosmoulis skillfully saved the ball.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Giannis Sagionaridis stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Konstantinos Kesaris had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Giannis Sagionaridis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The goal made the score 1-3. 75 minutes into the game, Giannis Sagionaridis recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Kostas Kosmoulis. Giannis Sagionaridis showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-4. 79 minutes into the match, Iakovos Tsoumadas notched a goal, 2-4, to the right of Sevastianα's Giorgos Pachatouridis. Giorgos Pachatouridis was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Nikitas Niniadis fell near the penalty area in the 87th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sevastianα's protests and gave Nikitas Niniadis a yellow card for diving instead. Giorgos Pachatouridis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Iakovos Tsoumadas in the 94th minute of the match. The Aravissσs BC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Sevastianα were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
