They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Tolis Staboulis to strike the kick off in the second half. Kostas Giotoulis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tolis Staboulis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 91st minute Zisis Tourkogiorgis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stefanos Peropoulos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Zisis Tourkogiorgis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Red Elikon Dragons had played much better football throughout.
