Trikala F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Thanasis Souliopoulos was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Babbis Loukidis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 12 minutes, Panos Gabriilidis mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Trikala F.C. and the Pasαs BC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Panos Gabriilidis kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. Babbis Loukidis was left in no man's land by his defense there! Trikala F.C.'s Thanasis Souliopoulos got a good chance for a goal in the 47th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

Alekos Koliopoulos blasted a shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Babbis Loukidis having to make a save. Trikala F.C.'s supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
