Spectators: 7713 (Terracing: 5786, Seating: 1774, VIP seats: 153) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Charis Tsirigotakis took the kick off in the first half of the match. Vaios Banasas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lakis Rakkas in the 15th minute of the match. 15 minutes into the match, Lakis Rakkas notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Mastif War Dogs's Vaios Banasas. Vaios Banasas was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Aggelos Leontokardos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vaios Banasas having to interfere. Nikolas Letsos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ermis Stamatis in the 27th minute of play. After having played for 29 minutes, Aggelos Leontokardos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lion of Serres 1964's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aggelos Leontokardos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Charis Tsirigotakis came up free with the goalie in the 31st minute, the Mastif War Dogs fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Charis Tsirigotakis couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in Mastif War Dogs's zone, Lakis Rakkas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vaios Banasas came out of the goal and Lakis Rakkas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Lakis Rakkas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vaios Banasas having to interfere. Iosif Kalpis made in the 40th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Mastif War Dogs's Charis Tsirigotakis. If Petros Giannitsanakis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Lakis Rakkas made the kick off in the second half. When Aggelos Leontokardos came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the Lion of Serres 1964 fans jumped to their feet. In the 55th match minute, Mastif War Dogs was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Petros Giannitsanakis to maneuver through the defense. Aggelos Leontokardos who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 57thth minute tested the skills of Vaios Banasas when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Lion of Serres 1964's Lakis Rakkas was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 61st play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lakis Rakkas in the 66th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Vaios Banasas prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 69th minute of the match, Aggelos Leontokardos got a very nice opportunity to score, but Vaios Banasas was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 69th match minute, Mastif War Dogs was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Charis Tsirigotakis to maneuver through the defense. When Petros Giannitsanakis came up free with the goalie in the 72nd minute, the Mastif War Dogs fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Petros Giannitsanakis couldn't finish the play. Aggelos Leontokardos succeeded in the game's 79th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-3. Vaios Banasas came out of the goal in the 85th minute to try and stop a shot by Lion of Serres 1964's Aggelos Leontokardos. But to his dismay, Aggelos Leontokardos quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. After a rather tough play, Lion of Serres 1964's Menios Triantafyllopoulos got a free kick in the 88th minute. 94 minutes into the game, Chatziantoniou Apostolou recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Vaios Banasas. Chatziantoniou Apostolou showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-5. In the 103rd minute Lakis Rakkas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vaios Banasas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the final whistle went the supporters of Lion of Serres 1964 were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant Mastif War Dogs side.
