The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Nontas Preftokis to strike the kick off in the second half. Giorgos Kostoulis who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 54thth minute tested the skills of Nasos Neopoulos when he managed to save the team from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Giorgos Kostoulis in the 55th minute of play forced Che Guevara's goalkeeper Nasos Neopoulos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 68 minutes into the match, Giorgos Kostoulis had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Nasos Neopoulos. Che Guevara's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Giorgos Kostoulis was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. Che Guevara's Nontas Preftokis got a good chance for a goal in the 72nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Nasos Neopoulos made an important save on a dangerous shot by Anastasios Giotoulis in the 75th minute. 76 minutes into the game, Fotis Bakakos was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Che Guevara's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave ΧΑΤΖΗΚΥΡΙΑΚΕΙΟ PIRAEUS the free kick. If Nontas Preftokis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Che Guevara's zone, Achilleas Pirovolidis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nasos Neopoulos came out of the goal and Achilleas Pirovolidis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Nasos Neopoulos came out of the goal in the 92nd minute to try and stop a shot by ΧΑΤΖΗΚΥΡΙΑΚΕΙΟ PIRAEUS's Achilleas Pirovolidis. But to his dismay, Achilleas Pirovolidis quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. Nontas Preftokis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. ΧΑΤΖΗΚΥΡΙΑΚΕΙΟ PIRAEUS played a much better game than Che Guevara and deserved their victory. The Che Guevara players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
