An unexpectedly hard shot by Louis Mistriotis in the 23rd minute of play forced Kassαnoi BC's goalkeeper Anestis Kafes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 25th minute, Louis Mistriotis managed to get in a good position for a shot. Karteros F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Louis Mistriotis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Anestis Kafes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Christos Iatrakis in the 28thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Anestis Kafes, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 31st minute, Kleon Plousis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 35th minute, Louis Mistriotis managed to get in a good position for a shot. Karteros F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Louis Mistriotis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Isidoros Bithas to make the kick off. Anestis Kafes made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Kleon Plousis charged in rather forcefully in the 66th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Kleon Plousis the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Karteros F.C. getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Kleon Plousis hit a great ball. Vaggelis Nifitsas was a little too slow when Isidoros Bithas got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 68th minute. The score was now 1-1. Kassαnoi BC were awarded a corner in the 75th minute after Karteros F.C.'s defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Thomas Karathanasiou took the corner. The corner ended in Thomas Karathanasiou almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Karteros F.C.'s Vaggelis Nifitsas did a great save. When Karteros F.C.'s Christos Iatrakis in the 77th minute got a chance for a shot 77th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie.
