Theofanis Boulis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Soulis Tsitsiridis in the 11th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 16th minute, Soulis Tsitsiridis managed to get in a good position for a shot. Alkoolikoi FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Soulis Tsitsiridis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Theofanis Boulis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Alkoolikoi FC's Soulis Tsitsiridis got a good chance for a goal in the 26th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Soulis Tsitsiridis struck a weak shot in the 37th minute. Theofanis Boulis didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Alkoolikoi FC. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Markos Vavilis in the 39th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Panos Kappos prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Spyros Ioannidis came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the Π.Α.Ο.ΚΩΝΣΤΑΝΤΙΝΟΥΠΟΛΕΩΣ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Spyros Ioannidis couldn't finish the play. When Nontas Kapetanopoulos fell near the penalty area in the 43rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. A collision led to Alkoolikoi FC getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Soulis Tsitsiridis hit a great ball. Markos Vavilis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Panos Kappos having to interfere. Π.Α.Ο.ΚΩΝΣΤΑΝΤΙΝΟΥΠΟΛΕΩΣ were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Alkoolikoi FC for a fine match.
