The wind increased when Thalis Kalikis made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Christos Bougatsakis in the 52nd minute of play forced ASKLIPIOS KOS's goalkeeper Stathis Tsakouridis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Real Madrid's zone, Péter Orbán stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Menelaos Papaloukas came out of the goal and Péter Orbán tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Stathis Tsakouridis was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When Giotis Kounadakis came up free with the goalie in the 73rd minute, the Real Madrid fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Giotis Kounadakis couldn't finish the play. In the 79thth minute of the game Thalis Kalikis who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Real Madrid's Menelaos Papaloukas was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 83 minutes into the match, Real Madrid's goalkeeper Menelaos Papaloukas had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tasos Sitaropoulos. When Tasos Sitaropoulos came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the ASKLIPIOS KOS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tasos Sitaropoulos couldn't finish the play. In the 94th minute, Péter Orbán reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Menelaos Papaloukas. The goal made the score 2-4. When the final whistle sounded ASKLIPIOS KOS left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Real Madrid.
