Markos Vavilis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanasis Vrisimitzakis kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Nontas Kapetanopoulos during the 13th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 13 played minutes Π.Α.Ο.ΚΩΝΣΤΑΝΤΙΝΟΥΠΟΛΕΩΣ got a freekick which was hit by Nontas Kapetanopoulos. Paris Tzevelekos, 14 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Markos Vavilis in the 33rd minute of play forced ziptse's goalkeeper Lakis Karapialis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Akakios Psomiadis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 43rd minute, Spyros Ioannidis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Markos Vavilis to strike the kick off in the second half. Nontas Kapetanopoulos hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. Paris Tzevelekos was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 70th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Π.Α.Ο.ΚΩΝΣΤΑΝΤΙΝΟΥΠΟΛΕΩΣ's Theofanis Boulis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Akakios Psomiadis in the 75th minute of play. The supporters of Π.Α.Ο.ΚΩΝΣΤΑΝΤΙΝΟΥΠΟΛΕΩΣ booed when ziptse was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Diogenis Sentouikidis didn't get a good kick on the ball. Akakios Psomiadis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. The referee ignored ziptse's protests and gave Thanasis Vrisimitzakis a yellow card for diving instead. After 91 played minutes ziptse got a freekick which was hit by Thanasis Vrisimitzakis. Markos Vavilis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lakis Karapialis having to interfere. Theofanis Boulis made an important save on a dangerous shot by Iosif Zabetas in the 97th minute. For all the effort they put into the match, the ziptse players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Π.Α.Ο.ΚΩΝΣΤΑΝΤΙΝΟΥΠΟΛΕΩΣ.
