In the 4th minute, Péter Orbán fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. In the 5th match minute, Stars was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Thanasis Iordanidis to maneuver through the defense. If Péter Orbán had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 10 minutes into the game, Thalis Kalikis lined in a short shot 1-0 behind a frustrated Fotis Kaklamanakis. Thalis Kalikis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fotis Kaklamanakis having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Péter Orbán in the 16th minute of play forced Stars's goalkeeper Fotis Kaklamanakis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thalis Kalikis who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 17thth minute tested the skills of Fotis Kaklamanakis when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 19 minutes into the match, Stars's goalkeeper Fotis Kaklamanakis had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Thalis Kalikis. After 23 played minutes Stars got a freekick which was hit by Fanis Violaris. In the 30th minute, Péter Orbán reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Fotis Kaklamanakis. The goal made the score 3-0. Fotis Kaklamanakis came out of the goal in the 36th minute to try and stop a shot by ASKLIPIOS KOS's Thalis Kalikis. But to his dismay, Thalis Kalikis quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tasos Sitaropoulos got free with Fotis Kaklamanakis in the 40th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After having played for 47 minutes, Tasos Sitaropoulos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ASKLIPIOS KOS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tasos Sitaropoulos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Thalis Kalikis made a kick off. After 52 minutes of play, ASKLIPIOS KOS's Péter Orbán made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Fotis Kaklamanakis was left in no man's land by his defense there! After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Thalis Kalikis managed to get in a good position for a shot. ASKLIPIOS KOS's supporters rose to their feet, but Thalis Kalikis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fotis Kaklamanakis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 60th minute of the match, Giannis Antoniadis got a very nice opportunity to score, but Stathis Tsakouridis was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. When ASKLIPIOS KOS's Thalis Kalikis in the 63rd minute got a chance for a shot 63rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Stars's goalie prevented a goal. In the 66th minute Fanis Violaris shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stathis Tsakouridis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Stamatis Pandrakis hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. After having played for 73 minutes, Thalis Kalikis managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ASKLIPIOS KOS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Thalis Kalikis was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 88th play minutes Thalis Kalikis shot 7-0, a short shot which went by Fotis Kaklamanakis and just under the crossbar into goal. ASKLIPIOS KOS's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
