The referee ignored kAvALa GrAnn1es's protests and gave Fondas Fytanidis a yellow card for diving instead. Fondas Fytanidis hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. Dimitris Kasimopoulos struck a weak shot in the 13th minute. Anestis Seferlis didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Traxanades. In the 18th minute, Soulis Kotitsas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 21 minutes into the match, Iordanis Lekkas dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Anestis Seferlis, 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dimitris Kasimopoulos in the 56th minute of play forced kAvALa GrAnn1es's goalkeeper Anestis Seferlis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dimitris Kasimopoulos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anestis Seferlis having to interfere. Anestis Seferlis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iordanis Lekkas in the 63rd minute of play. After a rather tough play, kAvALa GrAnn1es's Apostolis Papazisis got a free kick in the 63rd minute. Anestis Seferlis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dimitris Kasimopoulos, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. Dimitris Kasimopoulos might have been able to make a better finish in the 70th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Anestis Seferlis. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Dimitris Kasimopoulos ran back to his position shaking his head. If Vassilis Kokkinias had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Anestis Seferlis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dimitris Kasimopoulos in the 72nd minute of play. Sakis Lagos kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. Anestis Seferlis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Iordanis Lekkas in the 77th minute of the match. Sakis Lagos charged in rather forcefully in the 78th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sakis Lagos the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to kAvALa GrAnn1es getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Sakis Lagos hit a great ball. After 79 played minutes, Traxanades's Nasos Tsouknidas shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Anestis Seferlis came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Traxanades reached it. The audience thought a goal was coming when Soulis Kotitsas got free with Dimitris Brizolakos in the 81st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A collision led to Traxanades getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Vassilis Giataganis hit a great ball. kAvALa GrAnn1es's Anestis Seferlis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dimitris Kasimopoulos in the 90th minute of play. Dimitris Kasimopoulos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 95 minutes into the match, kAvALa GrAnn1es's goal looked a bit too open when Iordanis Lekkas came free, but Anestis Seferlis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Traxanades's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
