Timos Seremeglis hit a great ball. Kyriakos Mantouvalos's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 15thth minute, Kostas Giotos skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Kyriakos Mantouvalos in the 21stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Kostas Giotos, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Stamatis Tassoglou received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Kostas Giotos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Minas Kastritsis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 24 minutes into the match, Babouinoi FC's Kyriakos Mantouvalos sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Kostas Giotos narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 30th minute, Timos Seremeglis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 33rd minute, Kyriakos Mantouvalos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Babouinoi FC's Minas Kastritsis got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Kyriakos Mantouvalos struck a weak shot in the 37th minute. Kostas Giotos didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Babouinoi FC. Kostas Giotos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stamatis Tassoglou, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. Kyriakos Mantouvalos's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Kostas Giotos read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 40th minute of play. When Minas Kastritsis came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the Babouinoi FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Minas Kastritsis couldn't finish the play. Egil Haarr made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iason Tsartsalis in the 45th minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Minas Kastritsis in the 53rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Kostas Giotos prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 56 minutes into the match, Kokkinitsa's goal looked a bit too open when Kyriakos Mantouvalos came free, but Kostas Giotos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kyriakos Mantouvalos in the 67th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Kostas Giotos prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Kostas Giotos didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Minas Kastritsis went, in the 68th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. Egil Haarr made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dimitris Karalis in the 71st minute. When Babouinoi FC's Kyriakos Mantouvalos in the 72nd minute got a chance for a shot 72nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Kokkinitsa's goalie prevented a goal. Babouinoi FC's Stamatis Tassoglou got a good chance for a goal in the 73rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 75th minute, Kyriakos Mantouvalos managed to get in a good position for a shot. Babouinoi FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Kyriakos Mantouvalos was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kostas Giotos breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Minas Kastritsis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience was convinced that Kyriakos Mantouvalos's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Kostas Giotos was relentless in the 79th minute of the game. After a rather tough play, Kokkinitsa's Theagenis Kastanis got a free kick in the 81st minute. If Kyriakos Mantouvalos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. Kokkinitsa's Kostas Giotos tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Babouinoi FC fully deserved thier win.
