Spectators: 6765 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1765, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Giorgos Ioannou got the match started through his kick off. Kalapσdhion FC's Vassilis Pirovolakis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alekos Mytilineos in the 3rd minute of play. Alekos Mytilineos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 7th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Alekos Mytilineos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Vassilis Pirovolakis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanos Stratidis made a fantastic save in the 12th minute, when Stavros Anthoulis sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of Kalapσdhion FC booed when Sirαkon was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zacharias Kamelidis didn't get a good kick on the ball. Vassilis Pirovolakis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alekos Mytilineos, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. Vassilis Pirovolakis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alekos Mytilineos in the 18th minute of play. In the 20th minute, Aggelos Koutsoudakis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Thanos Stratidis made an important save on a dangerous shot by Stavros Anthoulis in the 21st minute. In the 24th minute Giorgos Ioannou shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vassilis Pirovolakis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 29th minute of the match Stelios Menegakis shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Vassilis Pirovolakis showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 40th minute of the match, Stavros Anthoulis got a very nice opportunity to score, but Thanos Stratidis was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 42nd minute, Aggelos Koutsoudakis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Aggelos Koutsoudakis to make the kick off. Aggelos Koutsoudakis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 57 played minutes Sirαkon got a freekick which was hit by Vaggelis Kapsalis. Alekos Mytilineos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vassilis Pirovolakis having to interfere. If Alekos Mytilineos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Sirαkon getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Nestoras Roubos hit a great ball. With a little luck, Kalapσdhion FC's Vassilis Pirovolakis got control of the ball when Alekos Mytilineos tried to sneak it across the goal line. Thanos Stratidis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stavros Anthoulis in the 83rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stavros Anthoulis in the 86th minute of play forced Sirαkon's goalkeeper Thanos Stratidis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dionysis Louboutis kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match.
