Vaggelis Kapsalis hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. In the 6th minute, Paris Mavridis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 7 minutes into the match, Asfakero's Charis Papoutsas broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. When Asfakero's Savas Kouromichelakis in the 8th minute got a chance for a shot 8th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Sirαkon's goalie prevented a goal. 14 minutes into the game, Asfakero's Menios Neochoritis nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Thanos Stratidis made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Giannis Varozis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Giorgos Ioannou, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match had gone on for 23 minutes, Giorgos Ioannou put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Giannis Varozis. The supporters of Sirαkon booed when Asfakero was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Savas Kouromichelakis didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Asfakero's Savas Kouromichelakis got a free kick in the 26th minute. In the 28th match minute, Asfakero was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vassilis Triantopoulos to maneuver through the defense. Giorgos Ioannou's late challenge caught a Asfakero's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Giorgos Ioannou helped the player get up and apologised. Giorgos Ioannou kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. Menios Neochoritis might have been able to make a better finish in the 32nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Thanos Stratidis. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Menios Neochoritis ran back to his position shaking his head. Menios Neochoritis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Thanos Stratidis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 46th minute, Savas Kouromichelakis reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Thanos Stratidis. The goal made the score 2-1. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Savas Kouromichelakis stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Alekos Mytilineos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Giannis Varozis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Giorgos Ioannou blasted a shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Giannis Varozis having to make a save. Alekos Mytilineos who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 57thth minute tested the skills of Giannis Varozis when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 59th minute, Alekos Mytilineos ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Giannis Varozis was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. After 62 played minutes Sirαkon got a freekick which was hit by Paris Mavridis. After 63 minutes of play, Asfakero's Menios Neochoritis made it 3-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Thanos Stratidis was left in no man's land by his defense there! Thanos Stratidis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Menios Neochoritis in the 69th minute of the match. Alekos Mytilineos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 79 minutes into the game, Stelios Menegakis was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sirαkon's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Asfakero the free kick. In the 79th match minute, Sirαkon was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Stelios Menegakis to maneuver through the defense. Asfakero's Menios Neochoritis got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Menios Neochoritis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Menios Neochoritis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Thanos Stratidis having to interfere. 96 minutes into the game, Eustratios Batakis was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Asfakero's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sirαkon the free kick. The supporters of Sirαkon booed when Asfakero was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eustratios Batakis didn't get a good kick on the ball.
