Odysseas Kaktos came out of the goal and Nontas Katsaros tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. İlhami Taçyıldız came out of the goal in the 45th minute to try and stop a shot by Valkαnon's Paschalis Kroustallis. But to his dismay, Paschalis Kroustallis quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3.

The wind increased when Nontas Katsaros made the kick off in the second half. Odysseas Kaktos didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Nontas Katsaros went, in the 56th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. İlhami Taçyıldız was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Manolis Kitsos showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-4 in the 61 minute of play. After 64 minutes, Dimitris Kakavoulis mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Olympiakos Zakynthoy FC and the Valkαnon players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Olympiakos Zakynthoy FC getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Dimitris Kakavoulis hit a great ball. Valkαnon's Babbis Siskos shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 66th minute of play. The shot was stopped by İlhami Taçyıldız but with some difficulty. With a little luck, Olympiakos Zakynthoy FC's İlhami Taçyıldız got control of the ball when Andreas Smernos tried to sneak it across the goal line. İlhami Taçyıldız was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Paschalis Kroustallis showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-5 in the 68 minute of play. 1-6 became the score in the 71st minute when Tasos Abelas elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. İlhami Taçyıldız showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Panos Papapetrou in the 75th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice moves Andreas Smernos could shoot a difficult shot in the 77th minute, which İlhami Taçyıldız however easily saved by the left post. Olympiakos Zakynthoy FC's İlhami Taçyıldız played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Panos Papapetrou in the 81st minute of play. 82 minutes into the match, Andreas Smernos dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of İlhami Taçyıldız, 1-7. Olympiakos Zakynthoy FC's İlhami Taçyıldız proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 89th minute of the match, managed to save Olympiakos Zakynthoy FC from getting a goal against them. In the 91stth minute of the game Nontas Katsaros who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Valkαnon's Odysseas Kaktos was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After having played for 92 minutes, Panos Papapetrou managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Valkαnon's supporters crossed their fingers, but Panos Papapetrou was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Kosmas Paschalidis took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 95th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for İlhami Taçyıldız. Olympiakos Zakynthoy FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Valkαnon's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
