In the 13th minute of the match, Paschalis Kroustallis tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Fondas Lazarakis saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Panos Papapetrou in the 17th minute of play forced Milan's goalkeeper Fondas Lazarakis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Milan booed when Valkαnon was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ermis Papagiannatos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Valkαnon were furious when Ermis Papagiannatos was red carded, 24 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. Ermis Papagiannatos hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. In the 38th minute, Tasos Abelas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Tasos Abelas succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-0 in the 42nd playminute. Paschalis Kroustallis scored 3-0 in the 45th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Fondas Lazarakis, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tasos Abelas made a kick off. Anestis Malamas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Odysseas Kaktos having to interfere. Odysseas Kaktos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fanis Roubos in the 54th minute of play. If Tasos Abelas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tasos Abelas in the 60th minute of play forced Milan's goalkeeper Fondas Lazarakis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Valkαnon's Odysseas Kaktos proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 61st minute of the match, managed to save Valkαnon from getting a goal against them. Valkαnon's Tasos Abelas got a good chance for a goal in the 63rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Fondas Lazarakis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Andreas Smernos, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. Fondas Lazarakis didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Andreas Smernos went, in the 71st minute, to the upper right corner, 5-0 was the resulting score. 85 minutes into the match, Paschalis Kroustallis had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Fondas Lazarakis. Milan's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Paschalis Kroustallis was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-0. A collision led to Valkαnon getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Babbis Siskos hit a great ball. After having played for 93 minutes, Giannis Tsakiropoulos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Milan's supporters crossed their fingers, but Giannis Tsakiropoulos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Giannis Tsakiropoulos's late challenge caught a Valkαnon's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Giannis Tsakiropoulos helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Valkαnon booed when Milan was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Giannis Tsakiropoulos didn't get a good kick on the ball. For all the effort they put into the match, the Milan players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Valkαnon.
