The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Nontas Katsaros sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the ARGOLIDA2000 defense, Nontas Katsaros kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Thrasivoulos Papandreou. The ARGOLIDA2000 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Thrasivoulos Papandreou should have stopped the shot. When Lambros Kokotoulis fell near the penalty area in the 18th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Olympiakos Zakynthoy FC's protests and gave Lambros Kokotoulis a yellow card for diving instead. Nestoras Pountidis hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. A collision led to Olympiakos Zakynthoy FC getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Lambros Kokotoulis hit a great ball. Makis Papilias struck a weak shot in the 33rd minute. İlhami Taçyıldız didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ARGOLIDA2000. Olympiakos Zakynthoy FC's İlhami Taçyıldız played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fondas Tselebis in the 35th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in ARGOLIDA2000's zone, Stamatis Matzanas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Thrasivoulos Papandreou came out of the goal and Stamatis Matzanas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 46th minute, Christos Dimitriou left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ARGOLIDA2000 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2.

After having played for 56 minutes, Christos Dimitriou managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ARGOLIDA2000's supporters crossed their fingers, but Christos Dimitriou was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Olympiakos Zakynthoy FC's İlhami Taçyıldız played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Isidoros Leontaras in the 58th minute of play. In the 60th minute Isidoros Leontaras shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but İlhami Taçyıldız saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Stamatis Matzanas struck a weak shot in the 62nd minute. Thrasivoulos Papandreou didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Olympiakos Zakynthoy FC. Stamatis Matzanas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 68th minute, Stamatis Matzanas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Olympiakos Zakynthoy FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Stamatis Matzanas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Thrasivoulos Papandreou breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of ARGOLIDA2000 booed when Olympiakos Zakynthoy FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Spyros Sparos didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the match had gone on for 77 minutes, Fondas Tselebis took a quick shot and it went in 2-3 without a chance for İlhami Taçyıldız to make any attempt to save it. Thrasivoulos Papandreou came out of the goal in the 83rd minute to try and stop a shot by Olympiakos Zakynthoy FC's Lambros Kokotoulis. But to his dismay, Lambros Kokotoulis quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-3. Thrasivoulos Papandreou took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lambros Kokotoulis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 87 played minutes ARGOLIDA2000 got a freekick which was hit by Giotis Telakos. After a rather tough play, Olympiakos Zakynthoy FC's Nontas Katsaros got a free kick in the 90th minute. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
