Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) After a defensive mix-up in Berbαti's zone, Fragiskos Koupepes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Anestis Lazaridis came out of the goal and Fragiskos Koupepes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 9 minutes, Argyris Christou managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Berbαti's supporters crossed their fingers, but Argyris Christou was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Argyris Christou fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Apostolis Bagasakos having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 15 minutes, Giannis Chatzinikolaou took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Anestis Lazaridis to make any attempt to save it. Anestis Lazaridis made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lambis Soupidis in the 21st minute. 25 minutes into the match, Berbαti's goalkeeper Anestis Lazaridis had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lambis Soupidis. When Lambis Soupidis came up free with the goalie in the 26th minute, the Vidhiαkion fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lambis Soupidis couldn't finish the play. 29 minutes into the match, Berbαti's Argyris Kopelis broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Giannis Chatzinikolaou's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Anestis Lazaridis read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 32nd minute of play. In the 33rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Vidhiαkion's goalkeeper Apostolis Bagasakos, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Berbαti's Anestis Lazaridis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Giannis Chatzinikolaou in the 35th minute of play. Lambis Soupidis who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 37thth minute tested the skills of Anestis Lazaridis when he managed to save the team from getting behind. A collision led to Berbαti getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Notis Lagoudakis hit a great ball. Lambis Soupidis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Anestis Lazaridis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Giannis Chatzinikolaou in the 41st minute of play. When Giannis Chatzinikolaou came up free with the goalie in the 46th minute, the Vidhiαkion fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Giannis Chatzinikolaou couldn't finish the play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Pantelis Matalas's late challenge caught a Vidhiαkion's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Pantelis Matalas helped the player get up and apologised. In a very dangerous position, a player in Berbαti fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 60th minute. Penalty! In the 64th minute, Tasos Pilavas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Konstantinos Skarpathiotis charged in rather forcefully in the 73rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Konstantinos Skarpathiotis the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Thomas Stamatopoulos kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. In the 80th minute Argyris Christou shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Apostolis Bagasakos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Apostolis Bagasakos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Argyris Christou in the 86th minute of the match. In the 91st minute Giannis Chatzinikolaou shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anestis Lazaridis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Anestis Lazaridis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lambis Soupidis in the 96th minute of play. Anestis Lazaridis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lambis Soupidis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Vidhiαkion fans cheered their team off the field, for while Berbαti had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
