Paschalis Ballas stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Paraskevas Koubilias's shot from short distance in the 15th minute. Paschalis Ballas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paraskevas Koubilias, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Miltiadis Chrysafis kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. Paschalis Ballas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Takis Kadoglou, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Paraskevas Koubilias sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Michalis Mamalis hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. In the 41st minute the ball was on its way in behind DANAOS AE's goalkeeper Paschalis Ballas, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 42nd minute, Evripidis Bakolas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Paraskevas Koubilias came up free with the goalie in the 48th minute, the PAGOTENIOI fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Paraskevas Koubilias couldn't finish the play. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Paraskevas Koubilias made a kick off. 59 minutes in the game Paraskevas Koubilias after having made a beautiful turn got a great opportunity to score and fired away a shot that went just to the left past a relieved Paschalis Ballas. A very good opportunity. In the 62ndth minute of the game Paraskevas Koubilias who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but DANAOS AE's Paschalis Ballas was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 64th minute, Evripidis Bakolas fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Paschalis Ballas, passed just outside the right post. A hard shot 65 in the game by Paraskevas Koubilias from a close distance when the talented Paschalis Ballas managed to make a qualified save. DANAOS AE's players were relieved. Eutichios Prezerakos's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Paschalis Ballas read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 67th minute of play. Paraskevas Koubilias sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Eutichios Prezerakos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 77th minute Paraskevas Koubilias shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paschalis Ballas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Michalis Mamalis came up free with the goalie in the 78th minute, the PAGOTENIOI fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Michalis Mamalis couldn't finish the play. Paschalis Ballas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Michalis Mamalis in the 85th minute of play. Paschalis Ballas made a fantastic save in the 88th minute, when Evripidis Bakolas sent off a good shot on target. If Paraskevas Koubilias had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Paschalis Ballas stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Paraskevas Koubilias's shot from short distance in the 93rd minute. After a defensive mix-up in PAGOTENIOI's zone, Christos Kourkoubetis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ermis Zanias came out of the goal and Christos Kourkoubetis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The DANAOS AE fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. PAGOTENIOI were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
