Giannis Miliokas scored 0-1 in the 6th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Paschalis Ballas, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Miltos Seletopoulos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Paschalis Ballas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 12th minute, Giannis Miliokas left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Chouliarades fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. In the 17th minute, DANAOS AE's Sakis Kostiadis ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Theocharis Zouvelekis. Theocharis Zouvelekis yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-2. Chouliarades's Theocharis Zouvelekis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sakis Kostiadis in the 20th minute of play. If Giannis Miliokas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 25 minutes into the match, Chouliarades's goal looked a bit too open when Sakis Kostiadis came free, but Theocharis Zouvelekis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Giannis Miliokas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Paschalis Ballas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Christos Kourkoubetis in the 35th minute of play forced Chouliarades's goalkeeper Theocharis Zouvelekis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Sakis Kostiadis fell near the penalty area in the 38th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored DANAOS AE's protests and gave Sakis Kostiadis a yellow card for diving instead. In the 38th minute, Sakis Kostiadis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Miltos Seletopoulos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Paschalis Ballas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Miltos Seletopoulos in the 43rd minute of play. With a little luck, Chouliarades's Theocharis Zouvelekis got control of the ball when Michalis Zelelidis tried to sneak it across the goal line. Theocharis Zouvelekis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Christos Kourkoubetis in the 46th minute of the match.

Miltos Seletopoulos struck a weak shot in the 53rd minute. Paschalis Ballas didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Chouliarades. Giannis Miliokas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Petros Karagiannidis's late challenge caught a Chouliarades's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Petros Karagiannidis helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Chouliarades booed when DANAOS AE was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alexandros Ioannou didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sakis Kostiadis in the 66th minute of play forced Chouliarades's goalkeeper Theocharis Zouvelekis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Miltos Seletopoulos came up free with the goalie in the 68th minute, the Chouliarades fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Miltos Seletopoulos couldn't finish the play. If Giannis Miliokas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. A collision led to DANAOS AE getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Petros Karagiannidis hit a great ball. With an all-out effort, Chouliarades's Paschalis Ballas threw himself towards the right post 72 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Giannis Miliokas, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 74th minute, Christos Kourkoubetis ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Theocharis Zouvelekis was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. Theocharis Zouvelekis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Christos Kourkoubetis, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. If Miltos Seletopoulos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Petros Karagiannidis kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. 88 minutes into the match, DANAOS AE's goal looked a bit too open when Giannis Miliokas came free, but Paschalis Ballas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
