After a rather tough play, Merkada2019's Stefanos Stefanis got a free kick in the 17th minute. 18 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when TO KAFENEIO's Apostolikas Lagonikakis fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. TO KAFENEIO's Chatziantoniou Kazantzidis got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 21 minutes, Sofoklis Bogias made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. TO KAFENEIO's Christos Martinos tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Christodoulos Nalitzis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Dimosthenis Louverdis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 28th minute, Nikiforos Katsalis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Christos Martinos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Prokopis Antonakoglou in the 32nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sofoklis Bogias in the 33rd minute of play forced TO KAFENEIO's goalkeeper Christos Martinos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Christodoulos Nalitzis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Dimosthenis Louverdis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice moves Sofoklis Bogias could shoot a difficult shot in the 54th minute, which Christos Martinos however easily saved by the left post. When the match had gone on for 56 minutes, Apostolikas Lagonikakis put it in 2-1 from a short distance just to the right of Dimosthenis Louverdis. When Nikiforos Katsalis came up free with the goalie in the 60th minute, the TO KAFENEIO fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nikiforos Katsalis couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 62nd minute, Apostolikas Lagonikakis managed to get in a good position for a shot. TO KAFENEIO's supporters rose to their feet, but Apostolikas Lagonikakis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dimosthenis Louverdis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Charis Agapakis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience was convinced that Apostolikas Lagonikakis's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dimosthenis Louverdis was relentless in the 65th minute of the game. Stathis Kourdos kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. TO KAFENEIO made a substitution. Eustratios Lazaroglou replaced Chatziantoniou Kazantzidis. After a rather tough play, Merkada2019's Stathis Kourdos got a free kick in the 69th minute. In the 73rd play minute Sofoklis Bogias came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Christos Martinos. 2-2. A collision led to Merkada2019 getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Andreas Kabourakis hit a great ball. Apostolikas Lagonikakis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dimosthenis Louverdis having to interfere. Takis Vasilas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Dimosthenis Louverdis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Apostolikas Lagonikakis in the 82nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dimosthenis Louverdis saved Merkada2019 from getting behind. Dimosthenis Louverdis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Christodoulos Nalitzis in the 83rd minute of the match. Dimosthenis Louverdis didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Takis Vasilas went, in the 84th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-2 was the resulting score. In the 90th minute of the match, Prokopis Antonakoglou tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Christos Martinos saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. When the match clock showed 92 minutes, the score became 4-2 when Apostolikas Lagonikakis sped through Merkada2019's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Dimosthenis Louverdis. TO KAFENEIO's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
