In the 6th match minute, Xoϊdha was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alekos Vrotsos to maneuver through the defense. Sokratis Stasinos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Christos Mourouzis having to interfere. Alekos Vrotsos struck a weak shot in the 11th minute. Grigoris Karoulas didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Xoϊdha. Grigoris Karoulas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Antonis Velas in the 12th minute of play. After 19 played minutes Xoϊdha got a freekick which was hit by Alekos Vrotsos. Xoϊdha's Christos Mourouzis proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 24th minute of the match, managed to save Xoϊdha from getting a goal against them. If Sokratis Stasinos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Grigoris Karoulas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Panagiotis Giannou, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. 40 minutes into the game, Kleanthis Dimis was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. PAO KORINTHOU's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Xoϊdha the free kick. After 39 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for PAO KORINTHOU! The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Charalambos Spyropoulos to make the kick off. Grigoris Karoulas acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 62nd minute, took the ball on the long shot from Theocharis Dalianas. Thymios Bozidis charged in rather forcefully in the 72nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Thymios Bozidis the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 72 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Xoϊdha! Xoϊdha's Christos Mourouzis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sokratis Stasinos in the 80th minute of play. Sokratis Stasinos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Christos Mourouzis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Antonis Velas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Antonis Velas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Xoϊdha's Christos Mourouzis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sokratis Stasinos in the 94th minute of play. Panagiotis Giannou could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 95th minute of the match, but Grigoris Karoulas made a huge save. In the 98th match minute, PAO KORINTHOU was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fotis Labaras to maneuver through the defense. 99 minutes into the game Thymios Bozidis kicked a great long shot which passed Grigoris Karoulas straight ahead into the goal, Result 2-2. One couldn't see Thymios Bozidis behind all of his teammates who surrounded to congratulate him.
