Dimitris Sarafis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leonidas Dedes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 17th minute Leonidas Dedes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dimitris Sarafis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Leonidas Dedes's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dimitris Sarafis read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 21st minute of play. When Leonidas Dedes came up free with the goalie in the 23rd minute, the Poseidonas Glyfadas fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Leonidas Dedes couldn't finish the play. If Charalambos Agritis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 27 minutes, Charalambos Agritis made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. NERAXHURI's Dimitris Sarafis tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. When the match had gone on for 32 minutes, Leonidas Dedes put it in 0-3 from a short distance just to the right of Dimitris Sarafis. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Charalambos Agritis in the 36th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dimitris Sarafis saved NERAXHURI from getting behind. Charalambos Agritis succeeded in the game's 38th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-4. Dimitris Sarafis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leonidas Dedes in the 42nd minute of the match. The Poseidonas Glyfadas fans' excitement grew in the 43rd match minute when Poseidonas Glyfadas's Charalambos Agritis looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-5 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-5 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Kostas Karagiannopoulos's late challenge caught a NERAXHURI's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. If Marios Petaloudas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fokas Kakkos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kleanthis Loukopoulos having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 63 minutes, Leonidas Dedes took a quick shot and it went in 0-6 without a chance for Dimitris Sarafis to make any attempt to save it. Dimitris Sarafis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Charalambos Agritis, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. Dimitris Sarafis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Charalambos Agritis in the 77th minute of the match. Charalambos Agritis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. The tension between the NERAXHURI and the Poseidonas Glyfadas players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 94th minute, Giorgos Sakkas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
