Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Takis Dermitzoglou kicked off to start the match. Kostas Pirovolidis's late challenge caught a ReD KnIgHtS oF PoRt's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Kostas Pirovolidis helped the player get up and apologised. In the 3rd match minute, PAOK FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kostas Pirovolidis to maneuver through the defense. In the 5th match minute, PAOK FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kostas Pirovolidis to maneuver through the defense. In the 6th minute of the match Alekos Moutsios sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Fokas Papatsakalos skillfully saved the ball. After a rather tough play, ReD KnIgHtS oF PoRt's Apostolis Iraklideas got a free kick in the 8th minute. Panagiotis Kapataidakis was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 8th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Kyriakos Loulakis. After 9 played minutes ReD KnIgHtS oF PoRt got a freekick which was hit by Marinos Veniamin. ReD KnIgHtS oF PoRt's Apostolis Iraklideas got his second yellow card of the match in the 11th minute. The referee ordered Apostolis Iraklideas off the ground. After a rather tough play, ReD KnIgHtS oF PoRt's Apostolis Iraklideas got a free kick in the 11th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Evaggelos Makaronas got free with Panagiotis Kapataidakis in the 13th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 22 played minutes ReD KnIgHtS oF PoRt got a freekick which was hit by Takis Dermitzoglou. Evaggelos Makaronas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 26th minute of the match, but Panagiotis Kapataidakis made a huge save. When Viktoras Adamakoglou came up free with the goalie in the 27th minute, the ReD KnIgHtS oF PoRt fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Viktoras Adamakoglou couldn't finish the play. In the 28th minute, Kostas Soukis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kostas Soukis kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. When ReD KnIgHtS oF PoRt's Viktoras Adamakoglou in the 32nd minute got a chance for a shot 32nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye PAOK FC's goalie prevented a goal. Viktoras Adamakoglou sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 37 minutes into the match, ReD KnIgHtS oF PoRt's goalkeeper Panagiotis Kapataidakis had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Evaggelos Makaronas. After 44 minutes of play, PAOK FC's Evaggelos Makaronas made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Panagiotis Kapataidakis was left in no man's land by his defense there! No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Simos Chronoulis stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. PAOK FC's Simos Chronoulis got a good chance for a goal in the 52nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Viktoras Adamakoglou's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fokas Papatsakalos read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 56th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alekos Moutsios during the 63rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In a very dangerous position, a player in ReD KnIgHtS oF PoRt fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 62nd minute. Penalty! In the 64th minute there was a penalty for PAOK FC. Kyriakos Loulakis stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Panagiotis Kapataidakis. 2-0. Viktoras Adamakoglou blasted a shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Fokas Papatsakalos having to make a save. In the 68th minute, Kostas Pirovolidis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Viktoras Adamakoglou received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Fokas Papatsakalos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 71 minutes into the match, PAOK FC's goal looked a bit too open when Fokas Chatzichristos came free, but Fokas Papatsakalos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Viktoras Adamakoglou recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Evaggelos Makaronas might have been able to make a better finish in the 78th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Panagiotis Kapataidakis. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Evaggelos Makaronas ran back to his position shaking his head. Panagiotis Kapataidakis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Evaggelos Makaronas in the 82nd minute of the match. In the 88th minute, Kostas Soukis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Evaggelos Makaronas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Panagiotis Kapataidakis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Evaggelos Makaronas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. PAOK FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
