The corner was taken by Giannis Kounadis in the 13th minute. Dimitris Katsiabis hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. When Ardhani FC's Valerios Bouzinekis in the 20th minute got a chance for a shot 20th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Mpizelokastritsa FC's Takis Asimis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Valerios Bouzinekis in the 21st minute of play. 27 minutes into the game, Valerios Bouzinekis cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Takis Asimis was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Spyros Kezdoglou was extremely unlucky when he, in the 36th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Mpizelokastritsa FC's Takis Asimis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dimitris Perdiou in the 41st minute of play. Dimitris Perdiou sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Mpizelokastritsa FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Ardhani FC were winning 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Valerios Bouzinekis made a kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Mpizelokastritsa FC's zone, Dimitris Perdiou stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Takis Asimis came out of the goal and Dimitris Perdiou tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Dimitris Katsiabis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Akis Marmitas having to interfere. If Dimitris Perdiou had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Akis Marmitas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Spyros Kezdoglou, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. Akis Marmitas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dimitris Katsiabis in the 72nd minute of play. Fanis Stergiou charged in rather forcefully in the 74th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Fanis Stergiou the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Fanis Stergiou kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. When Dimitris Perdiou came up free with the goalie in the 75th minute, the Ardhani FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dimitris Perdiou couldn't finish the play. In the 82nd minute Dimitris Katsiabis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Akis Marmitas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Dimitris Katsiabis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Akis Marmitas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dimitris Katsiabis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Valerios Bouzinekis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
